My role: Create a structured and confidential space to collectively analyse real-life situations, develop reflexivity and professional posture, and identify concrete steps.
Tools & method: Systemic approach, reflective questioning, analysis of lived situations.

Conflict Resolution
Situations: Open conflicts or silent tensions undermining team dynamics, well-being at work and quality of service.
My role: Intervene as a neutral and supportive third party to allow each person to express what is at stake, clarify expectations and needs, and find a lasting way out of the crisis together.
Tools & method: Systemic approach, inspired by NVC, mediation techniques.

Team Coaching
Situations: Teams in transition, reorganisation, role or management changes, or facing communication difficulties that impact cooperation and quality of work.
